How it works

If you have IT people who want to operate Microsoft Azure, we define and provide the subscription you need. With no additional costs, your IT administrators will benefit of level 3-4 support.

If you don’t have an IT people – or doesn’t want to waste time on Microsoft Azure? Our package includes everything you need to a smooth move to Microsoft Azure. There is no entry fee, and you can leave when you want. The price is based on your monthly Azure Consumption.

What is included?

Advising
For each of your projects, your Azure Single Point of Contact at RAGNARÖK define with your team your needs, and provides a financial estimation of the foreseen Azure Consumption.

Services set up
Migration of your infrastructures in Microsoft Azure. We also build a Disaster Recovery Plan and backup in order ensure your infrastructure safety.

Training
We propose a catalog of trainings for your IT admins. The amount of available trainings grows periodically!

Monitoring
We monitor and manages alerts, with your permission. We are able to supervise both infrastructure (network, server, …) and applications (system, databases, backup…).

Support
Of course, we propose a first class support with 4 hours SLA, reinforced by a Premier Contract at Microsoft.
